After years spent on the circuit, James took the brave leap to establish DAB. Since then, and alongside the team, he has overseen the business grow into the respected and trusted nationwide outfit it is today.

Steve Ashmore

As contracts manager, Steve sees every project through from pre-contract to completion. Working closely with project teams, clients and subcontractors, he ensures every project remains compliant and on-track, meaning not just him but everyone can sleep well at night.

Ben Taylor-Smith

As DAB's commercial manager, Ben is the brains behind our projects remaining commercially sound and well-managed. Providing clear cost control, straightforward reporting and practical risk management, he supports project teams to deliver work with clarity, fairness and absolute confidence.
